Reuben Grinberg

Reuben Grinberg serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for New York Digital Investment Group since January 2018, overseeing legal and compliance matters for the firm and its regulated subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Grinberg was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where expertise was developed in digital assets and blockchain, alongside contributions to the firm’s thought leadership through articles and presentations. A former Summer Law Clerk for Judge Jed S. Rakoff at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Grinberg also worked as a Technology Associate at Bridgewater Associates, focusing on trading server enhancements. Educational qualifications include a JD from Yale Law School and advanced degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University and The University of Texas at Austin, along with a BS from Yale University.
