Navya B's work experience includes serving as an IT Recruiter at New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) starting in September 2022. In this role, Navya is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from technical screening to negotiations and closing. They also handle infrastructure requirements and have experience in recruiting niche IT skills across domains.

Prior to NYGCI, Navya worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proximate Technologies Inc from August 2021 to September 2022. In this position, Navya gained exposure to job portals and sites such as Dice, Monster, and Corp-Corp to source professionals based in the US. They sourced, screened, and shortlisted candidates' resumes according to client requirements, making extensive searches to fulfill those requirements.

Navya B completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Commerce from Osmania University from 2017 to 2020.
