Collette Neils

Collette Neils is the Director of Finance & Business Planning for NYI. In this essential role, she oversees the financial aspects of the business and helps drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. Collette is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial results and budgets. She creates quarterly forecasts and completes the reporting for multiple financial categories including billing, revenue and expenses. Collette performs a detailed analysis of accounts, produces month-end reports and presents the findings to C-suite execs.

Collette also manages the tracking of all aspects of commissions for the Sales Team including compensation packages and the submitting of commissions to payroll. She maintains monthly subscriber counts for the company and maintains, distributes and tracks all comp tickets and giveaways for client sporting and entertainment events, games, and concerts.

Collette has been an invaluable member of the NYI/Cablevision family of companies throughout her impressive 20+ year career. She has held positions in several areas of media and finance and was steadily promoted up through the ranks to ultimately land her Director position at NYI.

Collette received her Bachelor of Business Administration – with a concentration in Management Science and Math – from Pace University. When she’s not busy facilitating the financial needs (and the fun) at their NYI offices, you can find her taking in the latest play on Broadway, out and about in her travels across the country, discovering Manhattan’s latest hot restaurant or donning the chef hat at home as she whips together a meal that would put Daniel Boulud to shame. She loves tennis, basketball, football – – okay, she loves ALL sports. Mostly though, Collette is happiest when she’s surrounded by her family and friends.
