Silje Anda has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Analytical Scientist at Nykode Therapeutics since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Researcher at Kreftklinikken, OUS from February 2019 to October 2022. From April 2014 to February 2019, Silje worked as a Post Doc at Oslo universitetssykehus. Silje also held the position of PHD Fellow at Oslo Universitetssykehus HF from January 2008 to April 2014, where they focused on cellular asymmetry in the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe. Before that, Silje worked as a Scientist at Affitech for a brief period from September 2007 to December 2007.
Silje Anda's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) to pursue their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Molecular Biology. Silje completed their undergraduate studies in 2005. Following that, they continued their education at UiO and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Molecular Biology, which they completed in 2007. Building on their knowledge and expertise in the field, they then embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at UiO, which lasted from 2008 to 2014.
