Alex Moore

Alex Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Partner at 8VC since May 2017. Prior to this role, Alex co-founded NodePrime, a cloud automation company acquired by Ericsson in April 2016, and Backplane, focusing on community interaction. Additionally, Alex was an angel investor at Anduin, making 25 investments in notable startups such as Addepar, Zanbato, and Wish. Alex began a career at Palantir Technologies as the first employee and served as Director of Operations during the company's formative years. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University, obtained in 2005.
