Tom Lausman

Tom Lausman currently serves as Manager of Solutions Engineering at Nylas since 2022, having previously held the position of Staff Solutions Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as Strategic Account Manager for Enterprise at Duda and various technical positions at Cloud Elements and Baxter International Inc., where Tom was promoted to a Technical Specialist overseeing customer interactions and compliance in regulated environments. Additional accomplishments include significant contributions to a startup's growth into a market leader through technical sales expertise and leadership in FDA-regulated projects. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Information Studies, and Media from Michigan State University.
