Nylon Pie is a dedicated consultancy acquiring venues for the most innovative concepts and experiences in London and New York. London and New York are undoubtedly two of the most “in demand” cities when it comes to commercial real estate. The only problem is that everyone else thinks so too! Navigating the complex maze of relationships and networks can be daunting, and knowing the right people is everything. This is where Nylon Pie was born - through our values and connections, we strategically support projects to get them off the ground, scaled and sold. We bring London concepts to New York and vice versa, and once they are established in those two cities, we take them to other locations around the world. Specialising in immersive events and experiences in these two cities, Nylon Pie helps operators find venues, raise financing, and sometimes both. We are not just a normal facilitator, but a powerhouse of connections working in the background to bring your concepts to life in the right place, for the right reason and to let your creativity run the show with confidence. Sometimes we are appointed solely to find venues, sometimes we find funding, sometimes we invest and become partners ourselves - in exchange for pie!
