Blake Cain is an experienced customer success professional with a background in health technology and account management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Nym since February 2025, Blake previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Luma Health, where contributions focused on enhancing patient journeys within healthcare. Prior experience includes roles at Artera, managing enterprise customer success and mid-market accounts, as well as leading customer success initiatives at Stitch Fix. Earlier in the career, Blake worked at Google, The Home Depot, Barton Associates Inc., and CBA Design & Build, developing skills in client engagement, data management, and project oversight. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Texas State University.
