Prash Patel

Prash Patel has held various roles in the finance and operations industry since 1985. Prash began their career as a Manager at KPMG, before becoming Group Accountant & Treasurer at SBJ in 1992. In 1996, they moved to Symrise as Finance & Operations Director, where they managed the UK growth from £10-£35m for the food ingredients company and lead the business to return to profitability within 18 months. From 2006-2011, Prash was the European Finance Controller at Ariba, followed by European Finance Director at Tesla Motors from 2011-2016. In 2020, they began their role as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rowan International Ltd., a PE backed residual stock wholesaler. During their time there, they raised new finance during COVID lockdown, completed a debt for equity swop to re-capitalise the balance sheet, upgraded the credit rating with major rating agencies and established a working capital structure to mitigate seasonal cash flow constraints. Prash also established COVID mitigation strategies, set up new inventory holding in NL to mitigate Brexit risk and achieved cost savings, as well as upscaled H&S awareness. Currently, Prash is the Chief Financial Officer at Nyobolt.
