Jonathan Ponder is an experienced Program Manager at NyproMold Inc. since September 2023, and has been with Nypro, A Jabil Company, since October 1993. In the current role, Jonathan manages over 40 molds for a medical customer and oversees change orders and standard operating procedures for maintenance intervals. Previous responsibilities include managing six different customers and various new and existing programs at Nypro Asheville, as well as serving as a Mold Technician, responsible for 16 molds, molding machines, and automated equipment. Jonathan holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, attained between 1991 and 1993.
