Mathieu Vantroys is currently the Director of Maintenance at Nyrstar, overseeing operations since 2023. Previously, from 2015 to 2020, Mathieu held various management roles at Nyrstar, including Manager of Mechanical Services and Manager of Production Workshops, where they led teams of up to 50 individuals and implemented production improvements. Prior to this, Mathieu worked at Tata Steel Myriad as a Process Engineer, focusing on galvanization and steel coating processes. Mathieu graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from ICAM in 2004, following their studies at LICP, where they earned a Baccalauréat in Mechanical Engineering.
