Simon Hens is currently the Global Head of Supply Chain Planning at Nyrstar, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Nyrstar from 2019 to 2024 as a Raw Material Planner Europe, and earlier as a Manager Supply Chain Planning and Graduate Productieplanner. Simon earned a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Universiteit Antwerpen, where they studied from 2012 to 2017.
