Templer Kyle began an apprenticeship as an Electrician with Statewide Group Training from February 2010 to September 2013, then progressed to Nyrstar where various roles included Electrician, Apprentice Instrumentation Fitter, Electrical and Instrumentation Technician, E+I Leading Hand and Relief Team Leader, and Relief Planner from September 2013 to July 2016. Responsibilities included managing electrical and instrumentation tasks in different settings such as the Blast Furnace and Acid Plant, as well as compiling documentation for spare parts needed for plant operations. Templer Kyle completed education at John Pirie Secondary School from 2005 to 2009.
