Greg Wichser has over 18 years of experience in civil engineering and capital program management. Currently serving as the R-1 Capital Program Manager at the New York State Department of Transportation since June 2018, Greg has previously held the position of Civil Engineer at NYSDOT from September 2005 to June 2018. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2001.
