Michael Arthur is currently the Regional Director for Region 1 at the New York State Department of Transportation. They previously held several key positions within the agency, including Director of the Claims Bureau and Director of the Maintenance Program Management Bureau. Prior to these roles, Michael served as a Resident Engineer in multiple counties, including Warren and Essex, and worked as both a Claims Engineer and Assistant to the Chief Engineer.
