Shane Gregrow is a Program and Operations Manager with over eighteen years of leadership experience in program development, team building, and business development. As a veteran of the Special Operations community, Shane successfully selected and developed elite teams, initiated programs that improved efficiency and reduced costs, and led operations that enhanced patient outcomes through strategic partnerships, notably with the Mayo Clinic. Currently, Shane serves as the Operations Manager at OPTAC-X, overseeing daily operations and focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Shane co-founded Pine Land Coffee Company, reflecting a commitment to supporting fellow veterans and fostering strategic relationships. Shane holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a BS in Health Science from Campbell University.
