Chuck Tobin is the owner and founder of SecureScan LLC, established in May 2003, and has built a highly respected document management company from the ground up. In addition to leading SecureScan, Chuck Tobin serves as a Corporate Partner at New York State Industries for the Disabled, Inc. (NYSID) since September 2007, collaborating to provide long-term employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in New York. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University at Albany and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College, along with a foundational education from Bishop Maginn High School.
