Amanda Eidson

Amanda Eidson is an experienced educator and counselor with a diverse background in teaching and career services. Currently serving as a Master Teacher, Permanent Substitute, and Co-Teacher at Nysmith School for the Gifted since August 2017, Amanda has also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Career Counseling Intern at George Mason University Career Services from January 2019 to December 2019. Prior roles include working as a Barista and Shift Manager at Starbucks and serving as a Worship Leader at Fairfax Community Church. Amanda holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Community Agency Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Global Affairs, both from George Mason University.
