Chris Chen is a consultant at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since December 2022. Prior to this role, Chris served as a business analyst at The Research Foundation for SUNY from September 2014 to March 2022 and worked as a graduate student assistant at the NYS Department of Health between May 2013 and August 2014. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems and Business Analytics from the University at Albany, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2020, as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Finance & Policy Analysis from the same institution, earned from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Chris obtained a Bachelor of Economics in International Finance from Harbin University of Commerce, graduating in 2012.
