Erica Grimaldi

Erica Grimaldi has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erica began their career as a Receptionist at Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare in 2008 before transitioning to an Assistant Education & Artistic Programs Coordinator (Intern) at View Arts in 2011. Erica then worked as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy from 2012 to 2013.

In 2012, Erica joined Utica College as an Information Specialist, where they stayed until 2013. Erica also worked as a Policy Specialist at The Hartford from June 2013 to January 2014. During this time, Erica held a concurrent role as a Sales Associate at ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey) from 2016 to 2017.

Returning to Utica College in 2014, Erica served as a Student Financial Services- Packaging Coordinator until 2018. Erica then moved to Mohawk Valley Health System, where they initially worked as a Human Resource Specialist from March to November 2018. Erica then transitioned to a Talent Acquisition Specialist role, which they held until February 2020.

In 2020, Erica joined SUNY Polytechnic Institute as a Human Resources Coordinator for a tenure lasting from February to November of the same year. Currently, they are employed at New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) as a Workforce Recruitment Coordinator, which they started in November 2020. In October 2022, Erica was promoted to the role of Workforce Recruiter at NYSTEC. The duration of their current role has not been specified.

Erica Grimaldi attended Mohawk Valley Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General. Erica then pursued their Bachelor's degree at the State University of New York Cortland from 2009 to 2011, majoring in Fine/Studio Arts, General. Erica furthered their education at Utica University from 2017 to 2019, obtaining a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
