Jill Arkind

Jill Arkind is a Principal Consultant at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since April 2019, having previously held roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Population Health Strategy. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Assistant for the State of Vermont and holding research positions at Connecticut Children's Medical Center and OCHIN, Inc. Jill's career began as an Operations and Policy Analyst at the Oregon Health Authority. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Promotion & Women's Health from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Molecular & Cell from the University of Connecticut.
