Matthew Perfetti

Matthew Perfetti is a Senior Principal Consultant at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since November 2016, focusing on resource management in the Modernization and Data Solutions Practice Area, and serving as Project Director for Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Health Information Technology (HIT) projects across New York State. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Consultant and Client Manager at Rational Enterprise, where Matthew provided training and technical support for litigation-related document review platforms and managed ETL processes.
