Michael Tallman

Michael Tallman is an experienced contract management professional currently serving as a Contract Manager at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC), a position held since February 2016. In this role, Michael oversees all aspects of contracts and subcontracts, including management, process development, proposal review, risk management, and subcontractor account oversight. Previously, Michael held positions as a Contract Administrator at NYSTEC, as well as Senior Contract Administrator at CONMED Corporation, where responsibilities included managing proposals and inquiries from Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
