Rob Chang

Rob Chang is an experienced leader in project and program management, currently serving as Practice Leader and Project Manager at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since October 2016. In these roles, Rob coordinates with leadership to achieve communication goals for the New York Independent Assessor initiative and oversees operations for the Uniform Assessment System for New York, managing a cross-functional team. Previously, Rob held positions at Reed Group as Lead System Analyst, where responsibilities included managing customizable claim systems and client integration, as well as analyzing data using SQL and IBM Cognos. At GE Power, Rob developed and launched online training solutions and streamlined project tracking systems. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media, Arts and Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
