Robert Rusiecki

Robert Rusiecki, Jr. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and application services, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since March 2017. In this role, Robert leads the project scheduling for the NYSDOH NYWIC initiative, focused on implementing a new management information system for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. Prior to this, Robert held managerial positions at Fidelis Care and MVP Health Care, where responsibilities included overseeing teams for clinical application support, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and ensuring effective IT system configurations. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Economics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Hudson Valley Community College.
