Andi Shehu

Andi Shehu, PhD, currently serves as the AI Initiatives Lead at New York University, focusing on evaluating and advising on AI applications in research, instruction, and administration. Previously at DeepIntent, Andi led data science initiatives in the ad tech sector, creating scalable machine learning models to enhance healthcare campaigns. As the Data Driven Solutions and GenAI Initiatives Lead at Byteflow Dynamics, Andi spearheaded data science efforts and business development for clients in marketing and advertising. A former Senior AI Research Scientist at Microsoft, Andi developed methodologies for marketing utilizing Nielsen alternative data. With a background as Data Science Director and Data Scientist at Byteflow Dynamics, Andi has worked extensively in data science research, product development, and natural language processing. Academia includes roles as a Data Science Adjunct and Specialist at The Graduate Center and Columbia University, respectively. Andi holds a Ph.D. in Physics and a BA/MA in Mathematics and Physics.
