Greg Cram has served as Associate General Counsel and Director of Information Policy at The New York Public Library since January 2011, where responsibilities include advancing access to the Library’s collections, developing copyright policy, and managing the Rights Database. Cram's experience extends to academia, currently as an Adjunct Professor at New York University and previously at Long Island University, teaching courses on copyright law and policy. Prior roles include consultancy in licensing negotiations, ownership of an independent music distribution company, and judicial clerkships with U.S. District Court judges. Cram holds a Doctor of Law degree from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.
