Laura Doherty

Laura Doherty is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Development for Schools & Institutes at New York University since November 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held various leadership positions in advancement, including Vice President of Advancement at Iona College and Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Executive Director of the Purchase College Foundation at Purchase College, SUNY. Laura's extensive experience in institutional advancement also includes serving as CEO of the William & Mary Business School Foundation and Director of Development roles at Randolph-Macon College and the University of Richmond. Educationally, Laura Doherty earned an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Richmond and a BA in Sociology and Politics from the University of Virginia.
