Max Nova is the Director and Co-Founder of Optical Animal, a creative video design studio focused on developing digital experiences that foster meaningful human interactions, with tenure from January 2008 to the present. Additionally, Max serves as a Professor of Live Video Performance Art at New York University since June 2012, where a course was created to integrate the history of video art and experimental film with hands-on training in live video performance technologies. Max holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from New York University.
