Michael Shade is an experienced media professional with a strong background in video editing and multimedia production. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at New York University since September 2018, Michael teaches video editing to graduate journalism students. Prior experience includes roles as a Video Editor at VICE Media and a Multimedia Specialist at New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. Michael also worked as a Freelance Video Editor for HBO and a Video Editor for Al Jazeera Media Network.
