Nicolas Cadena

Nicolas Cadena is an experienced film and production professional currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where Nicolas teaches Audio Storytelling and Production. Additionally, Nicolas instructs Intro to 16mm Color Filmmaking at MONO NO AWARE in Brooklyn, NY. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Program Officer at The Redford Center, managing the documentary series "Power the Vote: Community Power." Nicolas's background includes significant roles at StoryCorps, Estudio Núcleo, and various internships in film distribution and production, culminating with a double major in Politics and Film and Television Production from New York University, and ongoing pursuit of an MFA in Moving Image at Bard College.
