Robin Nagle is an accomplished anthropologist with extensive experience in both municipal sanitation and academia. Serving as Anthropologist-in-Residence at the NYC Department of Sanitation since 2006, Nagle focuses on public awareness regarding the complexities of municipal solid waste management and the historical significance of sanitation work. Concurrently, Nagle has been a Clinical Professor at New York University since 2016, teaching diverse subjects including Environmental Studies and Anthropology. Previously, as the Director of the Draper Interdisciplinary Master's Program from 1996 to 2016, Nagle significantly expanded the program, increasing its student body and faculty. Nagle holds a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from New York University.
