Sheyla R. currently serves as the Human Resources Business Partner at Old Republic Title, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives for the Eastern Title Division, partnering with the business to align objectives with HR strategies, and conducting management training on effective leadership. Previously, Sheyla expanded HR support for over 900 employees as a strategic HRBP for both the Eastern Title Division and The Fund. Additional experience includes serving as a Guest Lecturer at New York University, Human Resources Manager at Modern Campus, Regional Human Resources Manager at SalonCentric, and various HR roles at Rent The Runway and L'Oréal. Sheyla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Montclair State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University.
