Vince Conte

Vince Conte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, talent management, and organizational development. As the Managing Partner at Work/Life, LLC since July 2008, Vince has specialized in career/life coaching and stress management. Additionally, Vince serves as an Adjunct Professor at New York University and Hofstra University, teaching courses in organization theory, human relations, and multinational business management. Prior experience includes an Associate Partner role at Accenture, where Vince worked on significant projects for major corporations such as LG and GE Capital, and a consultant position at Hay Group focusing on executive compensation and culture surveys. Vince’s career began as the Director of Employee Performance at AXA Equitable during a major merger, with early roles in compensation supervision at Verisk. Vince holds a Ph.D. in Applied Organization Psychology from Hofstra University and has completed a certificate in Korean language at Yonsei University, alongside degrees in Counseling Psychology and Psychology from Manhattan University and St. John's University, respectively.
