Joe Quad

Joe Quad is a sustainable and low carbon building advocate with extensive experience in engineering and project management. They held various positions in the sustainability sector, most recently serving as the Manager of Buildings & Communities at NZGBC since 2023. Previously, Joe worked as a Project Manager at Integral Group, where they led mechanical design projects with a focus on sustainable solutions. With a Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma in Business from Simon Fraser University, Joe combines technical expertise with a passion for environmentally friendly design. In addition to their professional endeavors, Joe has also ventured into freelance photography, specializing in architectural work.
