Robert Smith is a governance professional with over ten years of knowledge at board level, including roles as chair and strategic lead. They have extensive experience in private equity, franchises, and corporate environments, having held leadership positions at major New Zealand retailers like Countdown and Warehouse Stationery. With a career spanning more than 40 years, Robert has been involved in multiple governance roles, contributing to organizations such as NZHL, Carpet Court NZ, and the New Zealand Retailers Association. They are currently a Board Member at NZHL, focusing on creating financial freedom for New Zealanders.
