Chris Key is a skilled television presenter and commentator, currently working as a freelancer since February 2022. With a diverse background in media, Chris gained experience as a promotions intern at George FM in 2012, followed by a significant role as a reporter, presenter, and producer for The Crowd Goes Wild from April 2013 to February 2022. Since July 2020, Chris has provided play-by-play NRL commentary for The Alternative Commentary Collective under New Zealand Media & Entertainment (NZME). Additionally, Chris has been a voiceover artist with Word of Mouth since April 2016 and serves as an on-air announcer for NZME starting in March 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Broadcast Communications from the NZ Broadcasting School, completed between 2011 and 2013, building upon educational foundations at Otumoetai College from 2004 to 2009.
