Simon Brown

Simon Brown is currently the Head of Culture & Performance at NZME, where they provide leadership and support to an award-winning team. With extensive experience in HR, Simon has held previous roles including Head of HR Banking & Tax at Allen & Overy, HR Business Partner at American Express, and Head of HR for Private Clients at ABN AMRO, where they led significant cultural change initiatives. Simon's expertise spans various areas such as employee engagement, change management, and talent management. They hold a BA in International History & Politics from the University of Leeds and are pursuing an MA in Personnel Development at the University of Westminster.
