Tyler Piboon

Tyler Piboon is an experienced quality manager currently at NZXT, Inc. since December 2021, focusing on preventive action and continuous improvement in global direct-to-consumer operations. Prior to this, Tyler served at Equus Compute Solutions from February 2004 to December 2021, holding positions as Program Manager, Branch Support Manager, and Tech Support & RMA Manager. In these roles, Tyler developed and implemented project proposals, managed client relationships, and ensured operational excellence in product lifecycle and support services. Key achievements include reducing RMA inventory significantly and improving turnaround times. Tyler holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from California State University-San Bernardino and a certificate in Operating System Administration from UCLA.
