O₂ Medi is a South African healthcare infrastructure company focused on improving access to reliable medical oxygen across underserved and rural communities in Southern Africa, including South Africa, Eswatini, Botswana, Lesotho, and Zambia.

We are establishing ISO 13485 aligned manufacturing capability in Midrand to enable the local production of oxygen concentrators and advanced oxygen systems designed for African operating conditions.

Our model integrates localized manufacturing, infrastructure deployment, and digital health to build a scalable and resilient oxygen ecosystem. This includes oxygen production, distribution networks, and system level support for hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and mining healthcare environments.

We work alongside partners such as Turntech Engineering, Universal Boschi, and MCCG USA to strengthen long term oxygen supply resilience across the region. In parallel, we are expanding our digital health capabilities through Mediflow AI, focusing on real time monitoring, predictive analytics, and system optimisation.
