Ø12 was founded by Kasper and Enete, with a passion for Copenhagen’s café culture and a simple ambition: to create the kind of brunch place they felt was missing. Where exceptional food, truly great coffee, and genuine hospitality come together.

Today, Ø12 has grown into three busy locations and one of the city’s favourite brunch spots. But for us, great cafés are built by great people.

We believe outstanding guest experiences start behind the counter, with teams who feel supported, trusted, and proud of what they do. That’s why we work with two clear pillars: Systems & Structure, giving everyone the routines and clarity to succeed, and Human Interaction & Service, creating a warm, respectful, and energetic workplace where teamwork comes first.

At Ø12, you can expect a fast-paced environment, high standards, and a strong sense of ownership. We care about craft, consistency, and helping each other grow. While keeping things fun and human along the way.
