I work at the intersection of leadership and self-leadership to help Councillors and Officers lead with clarity, confidence and integrity.

As a second-term Councillor and former Mayor and Deputy Mayor, I bring real-time local government experience into every room.

I understand the nuance, the pressure and the complexity, because I’m living it, too.

My work goes beyond traditional training. I partner with leaders to shift mindsets, strengthen self-leadership and elevate how people show up – individually and collectively.

I offer:
• Leadership development for Councillors and senior officers
• One-on-one mentoring and coaching for female Councillors
• Targeted development for mid-tier leaders navigating complexity
• Bespoke workshops that address culture, behaviour, and team dynamics.

Known for my engaging, grounded style, I create spaces where people think deeply, speak honestly, and take meaningful action. Because great governance isn’t just about strategy - it's about how we lead ourselves and each other.
