Dharmendra Gupta

Dharmendra Gupta is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and business development, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at O2 Power since November 2021, with responsibilities including interaction with regulatory bodies and project bidding processes. Prior to this role, Dharmendra held significant positions at ENGIE Middle-East, South & Central Asia and Turkey as DGM of Regulatory & Government Affairs, and at Mytrah Energy as Manager of Regulatory Affairs, among others. Dharmendra's career began in 2008 with UREDA after completing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from C S J M University, Kanpur, and has seen a progression through various roles and organizations, supported by an MBA in Power Management from UPES and an Expert Certification in Mergers & Acquisition from the Indian Academy of Law & Management.
