Igor Toth has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Igor began their career in 2006 at Martinus.sk, where they worked as a Market Research Consultancy. Igor then moved on to T-Mobile Slovakia in 2007, where they served as a Market Research Specialist. In 2008, they joined Telefónica Europe plc as a Customer Experience Analyst, before transitioning to a role as a Senior Customer Insight Specialist at O2 Slovakia later that year.

Toth continued to advance within O2 Slovakia, taking on positions such as Marketing Manager - Acquisition, Loyalty & Retention in 2012, and Commercial Marketing Director - Consumer Segment from 2013 to 2015. Igor was subsequently promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2015, where they were responsible for the marketing strategies and revenue of O2 Slovakia.

Toth's career continued to grow as they joined Tesco Mobile as an Executive Board Member and Statutory Representative in 2020. Igor also served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Joy at Radosť, a digital app-based operator. Additionally, Toth has held positions as a Board Member at AmCham Slovakia, a Member at YPO, and a Guest Lecturer at Creative Academy Official.

Alongside their professional experience, Toth has a background in education. Igor served as a Visiting Lecturer at Comenius University, Faculty of Management from 2009 to 2015, where they taught courses on Consumer Behavior. Igor Toth completed their high school education at Gymnázium Pankúchova v Bratislave from 1994 to 2002.
