Ryan Webber has over 18 years of experience in workforce management and customer service. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Management at O2E Brands since September 2016, Ryan has progressed through various roles within the company, including Manager and Team Lead. Prior experience includes workforce management positions at Whistler Blackcomb from September 2009 to September 2016 and multiple customer care roles at Intrawest Central Reservations from November 2004 to September 2009. Ryan's career began at Blockbuster in customer service and included a brief role as a Marketing Researcher at Above and Beyond Consulting in 2003.
