Brice Long has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Brice started their career in 2010 as a Special Assistant at the Office of Donald Rumsfeld, where they provided support to the former Secretary of Defense. In 2012, they joined Stafford County Fire and Rescue as a Technician II, responsible for fire suppression, emergency medical services, and hazardous materials response. After five years with the agency, Brice transitioned to Concordia, a non-profit organization focused on building partnerships for social impact. There, they worked as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, helping to coordinate global convenings and facilitate meaningful experiences for members.
