Crystal Vidas serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at O2X Human Performance since August 2023. Previously, Crystal held multiple roles, including Store Manager and Assistant Manager at lululemon from November 2016 to August 2023. Crystal co-owned Mathúin Athletics from July 2016 to January 2022 and worked as Head Athletic Trainer at Taipei American School from July 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included oversight of competitive team sports and collaboration with sports medicine professionals. Crystal also has experience as Interim Head Athletic Trainer and Assistant Athletic Trainer at California State University, Monterey Bay, overseeing various athletic programs and managing all aspects of sports medicine for student athletes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Oregon State University.
