Meaghan Grimes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and aquatics management. Currently serving as Director of Education at O2X Human Performance since January 2019, Meaghan oversees the development of science-based programs aimed at improving the mental and physical wellbeing of various public safety departments and military entities. Prior to this role, Meaghan held positions at Boston University, initially as Assistant Manager of Aquatics & Youth Programs from September 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing the FitRec Swim School and overseeing instructional staff. Additionally, Meaghan's experience as Graduate Assistant of Aquatics at Boston University Fitness & Recreation Center from August 2014 to May 2016 involved supervising staff and facilitating aquatic programming. Meaghan holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching from Boston University Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
