Stephen Pace

Stephen Pace is an Operations Manager at Crisis24 Private Strategic Group, where they currently oversee organizational policies and day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality service for clients. Previously, they held positions with Gavin de Becker & Associates as a Security Staff Agent and Detail Leader, and gained experience as a Field Operations Leader at Crisis24. Stephen served as a Reconnaissance Marine in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Texas State University in 2016. Additionally, they are a Lead Instructor at O2X Human Performance, providing wellness programs tailored for military and public safety departments.
