Stephen Scrobe

Stephen Scrobe is the Co-owner and Director of Training and Education at Heart & Sol, LLC, where they focus on corporate wellness and performance coaching. They previously founded and served as Director at Knight's Armor from 2020 to 2022, and held roles such as Lead Instructor at O2X Human Performance and K-9 Officer at the Cape Coral Police Department. From 2006 to 2012, Stephen worked as a Deputy Sheriff with the Broward Sheriff's Office and later as a Program Manager for the Alzheimer's Association. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Missouri State University in 2019.
